Short, because there is not much. This site has one form and one visit counter. There are no accounts, no payments and nothing to log in to.

Your name, email and message.
When you write to us, those three things are sent to our own server at api.runrevolution.org and stored there. They are used to reply to you and for nothing else. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers and not added to any mailing list. The form also carries a hidden field that people do not see and automated spam does fill in, which is how we tell the two apart.
We count pages, not people.
Google Tag Manager loads on every page here, and what it loads sets cookies in your browser and records that a page was opened, which page it was, roughly which part of the world the visit came from and what kind of device it was on. It tells us which of this writing anyone actually reads. It is not joined up to the contact form, and nothing here tries to work out which individual person a visit belongs to.
One button, bottom right.
The cookie button under the accessibility button turns visit counting off. It takes effect immediately, deletes the counting cookies already set, and your choice is remembered on this device. Nothing on this site stops working if you use it. A browser or extension that blocks trackers has the same effect.
Fonts, and that is it.
Google Fonts serves the two typefaces, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads. The accessibility toolbar keeps your chosen settings, such as text size or contrast, in your own browser; they stay on your device and are never sent anywhere.
Ask, and it goes.
Messages are kept until the conversation they belong to is finished. You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and none of it needs a reason. Email [email protected] and it will be done. If you are unhappy with how that goes you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
